The most expensive contract of the week is #PH23 at 50 Central Park South. The triplex penthouse entered contract asking $34,000,000. The 9,455 SF penthouse offers incredible direct Central Park views. The 5-bed residence features a 120 ft wide terrace overlooking the park. This residence is in move-in condition. The property took 385 days to enter contract.

This week 33 properties entered contract, creating an additional $100MM in sales volume compared to last week. 9 properties over $10MM entered contract. It is interesting to note that 8/9 properties that entered contract were in move-in condition.
