The most expensive contract of the week is 326 W 80th Street, a townhouse. The six-bedroom residence entered contract asking $13,995,000 after only 75 days on the market. The house is 39’ wide and spans 8,800 square feet. The property has been gut renovated and is now in gorgeous move-in condition. The house features a 1,100-bottle wine room.

This week 25 properties entered contract, showing continued market activity in the luxury segment. However, sales volume has almost halved when compared to last week. 6 properties over $10MM entered contract, but there were no contracts over $15MM.
