The most expensive contract of the week is #PH at 180 E 88th Street. The triplex penthouse entered contract asking $29,000,000. The 5,500 SF penthouse offers incredible city, Central Park, and water views. The 5-bed residence features a loggia terrace overlooking Manhattan. This Penthouse was featured in multiple TV shows and movies, and was originally listed for $35MM.

This week 2w properties entered contract- continuing the strong activity the luxury market has shown over the past month. This is particularly good activity as the extended holiday weekend was this week. Some notable deals include:
