Billionaires Row Takes the Top Spot…Again

The Market Report

The most expensive contract of the week is #82E at 217 West 57th Street. The four-bedroom residence entered contract asking $38,448,000. Central Park Tower has been able to lure buyers to their apartments by offering steep discounts and market-leading broker incentives. The residence is 4,251 sf, features 11.5 ft ceilings, and has incredible panoramic city and Central Park views.

This week, 20 properties entered contract, with two properties entering contract above $10MM . Labor Day Weekend, celebrated by most luxury buyers, likely contributed to the slow activity in the ultra-luxury market. A majority of this week’s luxury sales were below $8MM.
