The most expensive contract of the week is #79 at 432 Park Avenue. The five-bedroom residence entered contract asking $34,000,000 after 112 days on the market. This week 17 properties entered contract, with five properties entering contract above $10MM . August has continued to show slower activity when compared to earlier months. Weekly sales volume rebounded to $218MM, fueled by the large sale at 432 Park Avenue. This is the second week in a row where a residence on billionaires row entered contract over $80MM.
