The most expensive contract of the week is 141 East 18th Street. The 4-bed townhouse entered contract asking $11,700,000. The house is completely gut renovated by Steven harris architects. Interestingly, they built a 4-floor apartment and a disconnected 1-bed apartment on the ground floor.

This week 30 properties entered contract- continuing the strong activity the luxury market has shown over the past month. Some notable deals include:

    • Renovated apartment with views of Central Park. Entered contract in 7 days.

  • 685 Fifth Avenue #17A - $8,300,000

    • 1 Bedroom residence at the Mandarin Oriental Residences. The unit features a balcony. The asking is $6,365 per sf.

  • 200 E 79th Street #14A - $9,800,000

    • This is a 5-bed, 5.5-bath residence that is in move-in condition. It’s a great floorplan, and it entered contract in 28 days.

The PH at 150 E 78th Street is now on the market. It’s the trophy penthouse in the new Robert A.M. Stern condominium. It was last purchased from the sponsor as a combination.
