This week's highest-priced contract is 760 Madison Avenue, listed at $25,000,000. This pre-construction 3,103 sq. ft. condo has 3 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, and offers wrap-around balconies. The Armani project is the newest and hottest new development on the UES. Already 50% sold, this development presents a unique opportunity to trophy property buyers.

This week, 33 properties went under contract, with eight properties exceeding $10MM. Sales volume increased by $200MM from last week, while the average sales price saw a $1MM increase.
