Market Overview:
During this week, 26 properties went under contract, with eight properties valued at $10 million or higher. Eight properties over $10mm has been the most we’ve seen since early summer, showing strength in the luxury market. The total sales volume has soared to $240 million. This week continues the strong performance that the market has shown since the start of 2024.
